I’ve run several businesses over the past decades, and the biggest challenge was always organization and tracking - tracking marketing activities and their results especially.

My favorite mind mapping tool is Mind Manager, especially in the Windows version. My primary work computer is a Mac, and although the Mac version is excellent, it’s not as powerful as the Windows version.
