Organic SEO: Let content boost your business
A great post from SEO Tips & Study, “Does SEO Marketing Really Boost Sales?” tells the story of 3R Sales and Marketing, an Irish company which is topping the SERPs for its chosen keyword phrases.
The company used tried and effective tactics, including press releases and search engine marketing, to achieve top rankings.
Simple? Yes. Effective? Obviously. Any company can do it. You need a plan, patience and determination.
Press releases form an integral part of the plan. I’m a total believer in the usefulness of press releases for ANY business. Most small businesses don’t use them, but it’s short-sighted not to. All it takes is one mention in a national newspaper or magazine to boost a business to success — you can’t buy that kind of publicity, but you can win it, by developing a media campaign and sticking with it.
Of course, press releases and other marketing materials should also be added to your site, just for the SEO benefits.
