In “$1,400 a Day from a Simple Website” Greg Manter says: “Cash in on what you know. It may be more lucrative than selling products and services.”
So, what do you know? Make a list of everything you know something about, and keep the list handy. Whatever you’re selling online right now, that list may hold the key to a very profitable venture in the future.
People go online looking for entertainment, or for information. This means that all the knowledge you have is valuable. You can turn the knowledge into money with a small investment of time and energy.
If you’re thinking that there’s too much information online already, you’ll be amazed if you take the time to look.
There’s actually a dearth of information.
Try it. Choose a topic that you know something about, and do a quick Google search. Look at the top five sites. How information-rich are they? I’ve done searches several times in the past few days and been annoyed at how little information there is on the topics I was researching.
If I were looking for new niches to develop online, I would have found three candidates as (very) potentially lucrative niches — without going out and searching, just as a by-product of looking for information.
